Sitepoint is well known for it’s marketplace and a lot of big dollar domains and sites change hands there. They have recently revamped the market place area.

Another fledgeling site is webmaster trades.

Site point will run you $20 to sell your site and $5 for a domain. If you are selling a single domain this can eat into your profits. You can list your site and domain for free at webmaster trades.

Now obviously you will not get as many people looking and it doesn’t have the credibility of Sitepoint, but as far as I see there is no harm listing your site for sale, or having a browse around.

Can be great for buyers at this stage. Since you can pick up a bargain or two. I have already purchased a script license to a customer help module at a great deal.
